So I recently made this jewelry pendant. I am pretty excited and feel I have a new obsession coming on… the clear glassy like finish is called “diamond glaze dimensional adhesive” which is code for awesome.
The flowered paper is from this stationary that Anne & Laura got for me from the National Art Museum in DC (is that what the art museum in DC is called?)

I was waiting for someone to do that.
I made a cherry pie. That was my moderately exciting adventure. It was my first real piecrust, which was extremely enjoyable. I really love that part of baking (the working with flour and not much else, in this case butter, part). Actually, the pie itself was more in the "pretty good" category than the "excellent" category, but it was a pleasant way to spend five hours.
