One of my students tried to friend me on FB.

She’s in 8th grade, and her “favorite quotes” pretty much made my day (imagine a really ditsy girl with a hardcore ‘teenage’ attitude):

My favorite quotes are, and so the lion fell in love with the lamb,you are my perfect brand of heroin (or however you spell that) then i just like some different quotes by people like Aristotle.

I almost accepted.

My First Official Art Exhibit

I’m very excited to announce to you the upcoming art show.

Jon Marino and I are going to be the visiting artists of the month at a local Phoenix Coffee Shop called Copper Star Coffee

We will be opening October 1st, which is also the same day as “First Friday,” which is a big night for the Phoenix art scene.
